GoodNight LED Lamp is designed to help promote sleep by encouraging and supporting the body’s production of the natural hormone melatonin which prepares the body for sleep and  regulates the body’s natural circadian rhythm.  Ideally, one would use GoodNight at least three hours before bedtime – it is recommended that all sources of blue light (i.e. standard lighting) be avoided. But even if you can only switch to GoodNight for 30-60 minutes before bedtime, there are still benefits.

Sleepy Baby is a circadian light bulb with blue light filtering that fits standard lamps,. The light spectrum allows for bedtime stories without the offending blue light   found in standard lighting.

Healthcare, hospitality and  first responder facilities are currently using a combination of GoodDay and GoodNight solutions for their 24/7 environments.
